Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received a wrong item
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect usage of the product
- Minor color or design variations
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused due to improper handling
Please make sure to read the product description and usage instructions carefully before ordering.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:

Prepaid Orders:
The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. You will be asked to share your payment details.
Refunds are initiated only after verification of the issue through images or videos.
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Replacement products are shipped at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
